What JSON format is produced?

By default an array of objects, one per row, with the first row as keys: [{"Name":"Ana","Amount":120}]. Choose "Array of arrays" for plain rows.

How are dates converted?

Real Excel dates become ISO 8601 text like "2026-10-23" (with the time when there is one).
